Production of recycled granules

In order to produce recycled granules, the steps are done as follows:
• Separation
• Mill
• Wash
• Drying (biting)
• Granulation
• cutter
First, the plastic and polymer wastes are separated and cut inside the mill and cut into small pieces. During cutting, these materials are converted into sheet and sharp shapes, so they can not be easily used in the input of injection machines and production of plastic parts.
Non-uniformity in milling materials will have negative effects on the quality of product production. When the composition of the material is not uniform, it causes the production of a non-uniform composition. Production of filamentous granules

In granule production, the filament method is very popular. In this method of production, the crushed pieces are cleaned in large tubs and their impurities are removed with ordinary detergents. Moisture reduces the quality of granule production, so plastic flakes are dried in flake heat furnaces.
The melted plastic pieces pass through the extruder (granule maker) and come out of it as a string. These materials pass through the built-in water pools and undergo a cooling process, which is cut into equal pieces by a cutter along the way.

Application of recycled granules
